Create, maintain, and use material masters, bills of material (BOMs), routings (task lists) and work centers.

This course will prepare you to maintain and use the basic data for process manufacturing.

Fundamental concepts of demand management and material requirements planning (for non-configurable materials). 

Order creation and changing orders (routing and BOM selection, integrating documents) and interface to planning (SAP ECC R/3 and SAP SCM (APO)).

Knowledge in the areas of master data, planning, material staging, and confirmation, for both make-to-stock and make-to- order repetitive manufacturing.

Integration, analysis, maintenance of capacity planning. System settings for available capacity, capacity evaluation, and capacity leveling.
